• Philadelphia sushi rolls are filled with soft cheese, cucumber, avocado, sushi rice and nori and then wrapped in sliced salmon.
• Philadelphia Eel sushi rolls are filled with eel, soft cheese, avocado, cucumber, sushi rice and nori and then wrapped in sliced salmon.
• California sushi rolls are filled with crab stick, soft cheese, cucumber, Japanese mayonnaise, sushi rice and nori and then rolled in red masago.
• California Salmon sushi roll, filled with salmon, cucumber, avocado, Japanese mayonnaise, nori and sushi rice and then rolled in red masago.
• Alaska sushi rolls are filled with salmon, avocado, soft cheese, black masago, sushi rice and nori and then rolled in black and white sesame seeds.
